The Associated Press posted an article within the last hour on the upcoming U.S. Senate Health Care Debate. Here is the article:

WASHINGTON – Senate Democrats face deep divisions within their ranks as they begin debate Monday on President Barack Obama's health care overhaul, with the recent all-hands-on-deck coalition frayed over abortion and the option of government-run insurance.
While majority Democrats will need 60 votes to finish, some in the party say they'll jump ship from the bill without tighter restrictions on abortion coverage. Others say they'll go unless a government plan to compete with private insurance companies gets tossed. Such concessions would enrage liberals, the party's heart and soul.
There's no clear course for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., to steer legislation through Congress to the president's desk. You can't make history unless you reach 60 votes, and don't count on Republicans helping him.
But Reid is determined to avoid being remembered as another Democrat who tried and failed to make health care access for the middle class a part of America's social safety net.
"Generation after generation has called on us to fix this broken system," he said at a recent Capitol Hill rally. "We're now closer than ever to getting it done."
His bill includes $848 billion over 10 years to gradually expand coverage to most of those now uninsured. It would ban onerous insurance industry practices such as denying coverage or charging higher premiums because of someone's poor health. Those who now have the hardest time getting coverage — the self-employed and small businesses — could buy a policy in a new insurance market, with government subsidies for many. Older people would get better prescription coverage.
Most people covered by big employers would gain more protections without major changes. One exception would be those with high-cost insurance plans, whose premiums could rise as a result of a tax on insurers issue the coverage.
The public is ambivalent about the Democrats' legislation. While 58 percent want elected officials to tackle health care now, about half of those supporters say they don't like what they're hearing about the plans, according to a new Kaiser Family Foundation poll.
The Senate debate risks alienating more people because much of the discussion probably will revolve around divisive issues that preoccupy lawmakers.
"A large portion of the debate will be spent on issues that aren't important to the workability of health reform," said Paul Ginsburg, president of the Center for Studying Health System Change.
The debate should start off modestly, with each side offering one amendment. No votes are scheduled Monday.
Reid wants to finish by Christmas; he may not get to.
Of the many issues senators have to weigh, abortion funding and the option of a government insurance plan promise to be the most difficult.

This page provides interesting information which briefly explains portions of the historic background of the Federal Reserve and reasons why the petition to abolish the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 was created. This petition is just one effort drive to get rid of the private entity that was created under the guise of protecting our economy and became the official controlling force of our economy and currency approximately 17 years before the Great Depression that was sweeping the world cast its dark clouds on our country.
One of the best bi-partisan US House bills I've seen in my life is the one by Ron Paul (Republican, Texas) and Alan Grayson (Democratic, Florida) to audit the Federal Reserve. The House Finance Committee recently approved this bill with an impressive bi-partisan vote of 43 - to - 26.
House Finance Committee Chairman Barney Frank (Democratic Blue Dog, Massachusetts) opposed the bill. He urged other committee members to do the same, but 15 Democratic members of the House Finance Committee backed the Ron Paul/Alan Grayson bill in an effort to rescue our country and its economy.
"The measure, cosponsored by Reps. Ron Paul (R-Texas) and Alan Grayson (D-Fla.), authorizes the Government Accountability Office to conduct a wide-ranging audit of the Fed's opaque deals with foreign central banks and major U.S. financial institutions. The Fed has never had a real audit in its history and little is known of what it does with the trillions of dollars at its disposal."
A Rasmussen poll taken last summer revealed that the Federal Reserve is less popular than the IRS and 75% of poll participants favor auditing the Federal Reserve.
Bernanky and other Federal Reserve insiders probably know that this effort to audit the Fed, to expose its family jewels (secrets), and abolish its power over US currency, inflation rates, and the banking, lending and insurance industries will most likely get overwhelming public support. He's hearing our shouts, "We're mad as hell! We're not going to take this crap anymore!" Ben Bernanky is on the PR circuit, trying his utmost to save his powerful job.
He claims that an audit of the Fed will hurt the economy. Quite the contrary! The Federal Reserve has participated in the destruction of our economy while sitting on a mountain of multi-trillion dollars in US currency.

Hackers broke into the servers at a prominent British climate research center and leaked years worth of e-mail messages onto the Web, including one with a reference to a plan to "hide the decline" in temperatures.
The Internet is abuzz about the leaked data from the University of East Anglia's Climate Research Unit (commonly called Hadley CRU), which has acknowledged the theft of 61MB of confidential data.
Climate change skeptics describe the leaked data as a "smoking gun," evidence of collusion among climatologists and manipulation of data to support the widely held view that climate change is caused by the actions of mankind. The authors of some of the e-mails, however, accuse the skeptics of taking the messages out of context, adding that the evidence still clearly shows a warming trend.
The files were reportedly released on a Russian file-serve by an anonymous poster calling himself "FOIA."
In an exclusive interview in Investigate magazine's TGIF Edition, Phil Jones, the head of the Hadley CRU, confirmed that the leaked data is real.
"It was a hacker. We were aware of this about three or four days ago," he told the magazine, noting that the center has yet to contact the police about the data breach.
TGIF Edition asked Jones about the controversial "hide the decline" comment from an e-mail he wrote in 1999: "I've just completed Mike's Nature trick of adding in the real temps to each series for the last 20 years (ie from 1981 onwards) amd [sic] from 1961 for Keith's to hide the decline."
He told the magazine that there was no intention to mislead, but he had "no idea" what he meant by those words.
"That was an e-mail from ten years ago. Can you remember the exact context of what you wrote ten years ago?" he said.
"Mike" refers to Jones' colleague Michael Mann, who told the New York Times that the "trick" was simply a way of solving a data problem. In this case, the warming trend of the last century was detected in tree-ring samples only until 1960, but it continued in thermometer readings.
Jones' word choice was poor, Mann told the Times, but the calculations were "not something secret."
The Telegraph has posted some of the more scathing excerpts from these emails, which the newspaper suggests points to manipulation of evidence and private doubts about the reality of global warming, though the much of the scientific language in the e-mails is esoteric and hard to interpret.
Others suggest the comments are simply "scientists talking about science." In an interview with Wired, Kevin Trenberth, head of the Climate Analysis Section at the National Center for Atmospheric Research, points out that "if you read all of these e-mails, you will be surprised at the integrity of these scientists."
Still, one notable e-mail from the hacked files clearly describes how to squeeze dissenting scientists from the peer review process:
"I think we have to stop considering Climate Research as a
legitimate peer-reviewed journal. Perhaps we should encourage our
colleagues in the climate research community to no longer submit to, or
cite papers in, this journal. We would also need to consider what we
tell or request of our more reasonable colleagues who currently sit on
the editorial board…What do others think?"
But then, I find this article by The Guardian in the United Kingdom, stating that the University of East Aglia would be conducting an investigation on the e-mails and the CRU. Here is the article:

of emails sent by scientists in its climate research unit.
Selected and unverified extracts from the emails have been used by climate change deniers to claim that the scientists colluded to manipulate climate data, causing a storm on deniers' blogs. The charge is rejected as "despicable" by those involved and as groundless by leading scientific bodies.
With less than two weeks before the crucial UN climate change summit in Copenhagen, climate scientists and campaigners are assessing the damage the incident has caused to the public understanding of global warming. Opinion was split last night over how to deal with the fallout.
Bob Ward, director of policy and communications at the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change at the London School of Economics, called for an investigation.
"Once appropriate action has been taken over the hacking, there has to be some process to assess the substance of the email messages as well," he said.
"The selective disclosure and dissemination of the messages has created the impression of impropriety, and the only way of clearing the air now would be through a rigorous investigation. "
However, others said an investigation would be a mistake, particularly as some climate sceptics were also calling for one.
Andy Atkins, Friends of the Earth's executive director, said: "Calls for an inquiry look suspiciously like an attempt to cast doubt on the science of climate change ahead of crucial UN negotiations.
"The overwhelming majority of climate scientists believe that climate change is happening, that it is man-made, and that it poses a major threat to people across the planet. We can't afford to be distracted from the need for urgent action."
George Marshall, founder of the Climate Outreach and Information Network, said: "The UEA response has been frankly pathetic. One can only imagine that the UEA's communications team is totally out of its depth. A less charitable conclusion is that they are defending the interests of UEA and are not concerned about – or have not understood – the damage to climate science."
The Met Office, which jointly produces global temperature data with the climate research unit, said there was no need for an inquiry. "If you look at the emails, there isn't any evidence that the data was falsified and there's no evidence that climate change is a hoax," a spokesman said.
"It's a shame that some of the sceptics have had to take this rather shallow attempt to discredit robust science undertaken by some of the world's most respected scientists. It's no surprise, with the Copenhagen talks just days away, that this has happened now."
Michael Mann, director of the earth system science centre at the University of Pennsylvania, and a long-term target of sceptics, agreed the timing was suspicious.
"What appears to have happened is that going into this monumental climate summit in a couple of weeks the other side, which does not favour taking action to combat climate change, resorted to an illegal smear campaign," he said.
"They are going through them and cherry-picking them for any word they can find that is cited out of context and can appear incriminating. I think it's despicable."
He told the Guardian the emails – though embarrassing – did not undermine the body of science. "This doesn't make any difference at all in degree of consensus on climate change," Mann said. "I hope it boomerangs back on the criminals."
A joint statement from the Met Office, Royal Society and the Natural Environment Research Council said: "The scientific evidence which underpins calls for action at Copenhagen is very strong.
"Without co-ordinated international action on greenhouse gas emissions, the impacts on climate and civilisation could be severe."
So there it is. Two different articles. One, full out claiming(basically) that Climate Change is a hoax by CRU and their ilk. The second, more cautious - and with a bit of disbelief - and willing to wait until a review is in before condemning it. So far, Fox News is the only news organization that has reported about the e-mail leak. Which is a bit worriesome for me. They are news organizations, it's their job to report things like this, even if it goes against their political affiliations.
Anywho, I thought others would like to read this as well, so I posted it for you. I want your take on this. Is it a bunch of B.S.? Or, is there some truth to either article? Are you on the fence on this? Have at it!

FROM I-35 TO THE WORLD
Yesterday, I passed by I-35
on my way to Farmington with some pals. We were fishing in Faribault and we decided to take Highway 3 through Northfield, but when I peeped the map I was like why don't we just take I-35 which would be a longer route but better cause there is no traffic lights. Some eerie feeling crossed my spirit and we decided to take the Highway 3 instead, which was kinda cool cause I gat to see a mini-horse in Dundas, Minnesota and a donkey in Cannon Valley, where we went tubing last week. So on our way back right about 6:30p.m, we went around I-35 Freeway and the traffic was at a snail's pace. I knew something was wrong but didn't realise till I gat home that the bridge by University of Minnesota had collapsed. What's even more tragic is that I walked that to campus when I lived by 7-corners on what they call the West Bank.(Room 213 babyeee). I send my prayers and heartfelt thoughts to the families affected may Jah Bless y'all.

At this point I'm on the verge of jumping in all the 10,000 Lakes in Minnesota, cuz my daughter ain't even talking to me. I'm thinking of putting on the ski-mask and jacking those guys that scalp tickets outside the arena. So we went to the Mall of America and bought her a Hannah Montana doll, for 100 dollars... WTF!!!!!!!!!!! This doll better cook for me and do the laundry.
Anyways it's Xmas at my house and it's all about Adrian "all day" Peterson(A.P) and the Minnesota Vikings, Purple Pride all the way. Ok, I do like that Tom Brady/Randy Moss Patriots, dude is killing them.....

It's funny to me how ignorant and shallow minded our world has become with the advent of western thoughts of education. For someone to postulate that this majestic intricate world was fashioned from a cosmic collision, proves to me that either one, his IQ is parallel to a single integer, or, that fool Satan has really fooled us with another of his well thought out patterns of deception.
I don't believe for one minute that we could have somehow evolved from some far out banging of atoms in some distant galaxy which was without void and just hanging around waiting for this spectacular collision to occur. And where exactly did these atoms appear from thin air! Oh I guess some person pulled them out the magicians hat, an "entity" that if you seek and search you will find is none other than our Great and Merciful Lord Jehovah. I will not get into the physics of the whole "Big Bang Theory", we all have Google at our disposal, do the research and read the crap for yourself.
Look at how beautiful our bodies are crafted with highways of veins and arteries carrying blood and keeping us alive, the beauty of animals each with their own distinct characteristics, and you wanna tell me that they were created by a theory. For all you atheists out there, that harbour resentment to the beautiful work of creation by God need to cowboy up and suck it in, just because you can't explain the mystery of God doesn't mean that He doesn't exist- indeed that is the very nature of God, man cannot explain His mystery. The vanities of this world and the luxury of your comfort which you worship, have led you to believe that God does not exist, oh yea, foolish generation. None but inquity is bred and encompasses your hearts and we know that Satan controls this earth, so we know that you work day and night to keep the sheep in the dark. God is His day and His will, will shower you with the fire that devoureth that yea surely deserve- yea shall taste the cup of the Apocalypse, because God word is TRUTH.
Many of these, "buloni theorys" speculated during this supposed period of enlightenment, the Renaissance, were taught in school and incorporated without careful examination and testing. Remember at one time we were taught that the world was flat and we all believed it to be. Charles Darwin, another idiot that we idolize, was so stupid that he envisioned that Eugenics would created a super-race to dominate the world. Now I will not tell you, but believe I have seen first-hand the obscurities and deformities from in-breeding especially in small town America. The "Origin of Species" is probably one of the dumbest books I have read (didn't finish it, was too boring), one that I would use without a shadow of a doubt to start a campfire. All these people that we envision as great Scientists were actually nothing but racist, ignorant folk that we have been programmed to admire by our "brainwash" system of western education. The African and Asian civilizations had already conquered and mastered the sciences and art, from Medicine,Astrology,Architecture and Literature. So don't you tell me- I don't wanna hear your devilish philosophies go ran and tell that I said you believe in a "BIG DUMB THEORY".
Now don't go crying and say that I dissed your atheist theory of creation, you see I was trained well in African philosophy, so here is my post defence mechanics to why I believe in the biblical story of creation. Very easy concept-so here goes. It has never happened in history, for anybody else of historical stature(for example Napoleon,Hitler,Alexander) that prophecy has pin-pointed that Jesus would be born in Bethlehem down to the details of his lineage,ministry and nature of death. There was chronicles that existed, before his birth, that depicted and prophesied that exact place,time and nature of the Messiah.
So here it is read it and see how beautiful the word of God flows, with such harmony and magnificence, notice that I have cross-referenced Old and New testament scripture to magnify the coincidences. If you need a Bible just Google the passages.

Countdown to the Apocalypse
I have been feenin' for some good ole strawberry ice-cream and Cora's mum that works at "The Lodge" my favorite bar down here in Shieldsville, Minnesota. It's summertime, the season for fishing,catching pints and barbeques.
OMG, I am surrounded by 21 lakes in a 7-mile radius feels like Heaven just dropped down on me, the lush green vegetation, awesome Lakes,pontoon boats,bikini-clad hotties- yum yum yum, plus the nights are spectacular like a picture taken in paradise.
The truth is that we can' t handle the truth. We are like caged rats living in a modeled cage, that is controlled by puppetmasters, and there is few good men left that can challenge them.
I don't claim to a prophet nor a troubador, but it itches me to see us cower and kiss ass just because we are scared to raise arms and defend ourselves from totalitarian regimes like the U.S.A. which has taken our away our civil rights and illegally taxed us for their own evil selfish needs. The summer of 2009 is coming to a close, the morning fresh cold crisp air predicts the winter season. The ducks are flying south, the kids are prepping for the start of the school year, cycles begin and cycles end. I found the needle in the haystack. Yes, I did, and it was easier than I thought. The secret to my success is a path less traveled by fortune seekers,wanderers and the status quo. "Not all who wander are lost". Have you ever wondered who makes these quotes? I can swear there is a team of overworked, underpaid elves and gnomes that work in a subterranean assembly line to complicate our lives. It's a common facade that people who think out of the box, end up making a huge impact in this world. I cannot theorize genius nor madness. I went to school and aced most classes but I can attest to the fact that I am nor more intelligent than a Kalahari bushman. We can argue that education is a valuable and necessary tool that can advance our standards of living, but that is not the premise that I am trying to refute. My challenge to you, is to make you think inside the box and empathize with the ambiance and structure of my environment.
What distinguishes us from greatness and failure? Simply, it is the perception set forth by the norms of civilization.
I could care less if someone invented a cure for AIDS and won a Nobel Prize, as long as the drug cannot be distributed worldwide for free, what achievement has one made! We are prone to worshiping such ideals as milestones in our lifetime, yet we are so shallow not to see the fallacy of necessity. We create or are absorbed in a matrix of lies and comfort that shield us from the monumental truth that governs our lives. We need food,electricity,shelter,cable TV,cellphones,computers,cars and "modern" gadgets to sustain a "minimal" threshold of sustenance. If I tell you otherwise then I am deemed a lunatic or problem-maker. Indeed, I can prove to you that we don't need such imposed controls to be happy nor to stay alive. I can point to Amish communities as a reference, and this is just for dessert, stay tuned for the main course. They live in a tight knit, grassroots social-economic model, that can be extrapolated to solve,soothe and heal our national political,social and economic wounds. We have to overhaul our agrarian systems of production, which compounded with "green" models of energy production and consumption, can protect our world for future generations to come. It's a shame that the media crucifies and labels such solutions as being part of some "communist" or "socialist" agenda. We tend to satisfy our necessities while overlooking what is more important to our existence-the pursuit of virtue and felicity.
If I could wake up to a world that would cherish the reality of life, then I would not be here telling you the world is flat. We are now entangled in a vicious debate over health care reform in America. A country which gloats to be a God-fearing Christian nation as espoused in the Constitution. What really tickles my feathers is that Jesus' ministry was all about healing the broken-hearted,lepers,exorcising demons and feeding the less fortunate yet he never asked for any form of payment. We are hypocrites of the greatest order and the coals of hell await unless we change and redeem our ways. We have millions of dollars we waste in wars,hyped up sports events and advertising, moneys which can be used to fund a national health care system. I bet you by now somebody reading or hearing this, has already labeled me a "socialist" or some other kind of "ism". Who cares about politics and their hidden agendas, we all know that we have the power and ability to offer free health care for all our citizens, but we have been indoctrinated into thinking that Congress is the supreme brainchild that can solve our maladies. The odds that an obscure politician from Illinois can capture and lure us and win an election, that was orchestrated by a controlled media machine and Wall Street, are as improbable as finding a dodo playing Poker with your poodle in your backyard. Question Reality!
We can google "Balfour Declaration" and see how the "Israel" state was "created" in 1948, and we know that bloodshed has ensued between Israel and Palestinians. Only heaven knows how many innocent mothers,children and babies have died from the cross-fire. For some strange reason we have a "race" of people who claim they are "Jews" and have suffered the yoke of persecution so they were deemed worthy to be settled in Israel. The crux of the matter is that, the word Jew does not exist in the original text of the Bible. Who is a Jew? Who has suffered a more bitter and horrific holocaust, 6 million Jews killed by Hitler or 120 million Africans and Native Indians butchered during the Trans-Atlantic Slave trade? It is possible to conclude that genetically we all are Jews, from the study of patterns of dispersion and intermarriage of the biblical Hebrews, that were scattered after the fall of Jerusalem around 70 A.D, who migrated all over the world and assimilated with native populations. We all have a right to claim we are Jews! Christian,Muslims,Hindu,Sikh,Buddhist and people living in Israel, we are all Jews! Does this make me "Anti-Semite"? No, and on the contrary that is the most obnoxious and foolish label you can use on somebody. What is a "Semite"? The term race has been so over-used and indoctrinated in our psyche, if you stop and think about it, then you will see how easy it is to find the needle in a haystack. God created one race, the human race, created in His own image and glory. If you understand the dynamics of Slavery and Racism, the need for an evil ideology to spread so much hate and oppression, to fuel their imperial ambitions, then it is easy to digest the gist of my thesis. We all are Jews, whatever that means to you. Bon Apetit.
